We are seeking a skilled Sealants Specialist to join our team at Wells, a leading provider of prefabricated building solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for the installation of sealants, caulking, waterproofing, coatings, and firestopping systems on buildings and ramps.

• Install sealants, caulking, and waterproofing systems on buildings and ramps, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts at various heights, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Field Supervisor and foreman to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, adhering to company standards.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to complex construction challenges.
• Mentor and train apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in sealants and restoration.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs+ occasionally and 50lbs frequently.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
