Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at PAM Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and record patient symptoms, conditions, and responses to treatment.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Consult with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient conditions.
  • Direct and supervise LVNs/LPNs, PCTs, CNAs/NAs.
  • Prepare patients for and assist with examinations and treatments.
  • Perform all scheduled assessments and physician orders in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate proper use of med dispense system.
  • Perform work accurately and in a professional manner, being conscious of patient/department needs.

  • Development: Maintain up-to-date skills through involvement with professional organizations or continuing education; participate in performance improvement activities and self-development; attend in-services and other mandatory training; maintain licensure and other required certifications.
Qualifications:
  • Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
  • Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses, High Ops, and ICU.
  • One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
