Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physician to enhance our established practice of 4 OB/GYNs and 5.5 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) in a rapidly expanding community.
- Supportive and cooperative atmosphere focused on exceptional patient care while promoting a healthy work-life balance for our providers.
- Comprehensive outpatient obstetric and gynecological services, with various options for gynecological surgeries.
- Generous time off and manageable on-call responsibilities, with our OB/GYN team providing backup call coverage for CNM hospitalists on a 1:4 rotation.
- A robust care team to assist you and your patients, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers, lactation consultants, educators, and other specialists.
- Advanced and integrated technology platforms designed to enhance patient engagement and improve efficiency for healthcare providers.
- Ongoing education integrated into the Diana Health program, along with a budget for attending medical conferences.
- Backed by a national network that aids in practice growth, operational streamlining, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented OB/CNM practice, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
