Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with a 36-hour workweek, working 12-hour night shifts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a corrections setting and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a correctional facility setting
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and emergency first aid as needed
  • Conduct admissions and maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Active TX state nursing license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a corrections setting
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
