Job Title: Residential Service Plumber

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team at ARS-Rescue Rooter. As a Residential Service Plumber, you will be responsible for providing top-notch plumbing services to our customers, including repair, service, and replacement of residential systems, water heaters, sewer mains, water service, drain cleaning, and fresh water re-pipes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing repairs, services, and replacements in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
  • Water heater replacement experience is a plus.
  • Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
