Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent accidents.
  • Respond to work orders and perform tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager/Supervisor.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity when interacting with guests, team members, and external partners.
  • Ensure all work activities conform to safety, sanitation, and health regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • 1 year of facilities maintenance or construction experience preferred.
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Frequent walking, standing, climbing, lifting, stooping, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required.
  • Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must have current, unrestricted driver's license and be able to maintain company group insurance.
