About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our Web, Data, and Analytics team at Wounded Warrior Project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data infrastructure to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from various sources
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements
  • Lead the development of data models and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data architecture
  • Proven expertise in cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and project management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Power Apps or Jitterbit
  • Knowledge of data warehousing architecture and database design
  • Certification in ETL software or data architecture
