Maintenance Planner

Conagra Brands is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the Pie Shells and Fruit Pie Line.
• Determine the best approach for work order completion, including obtaining necessary schematics and checking parts availability.
• Initiate purchase requisitions for MRO-related parts and services.
• Oversee the implementation and usage of maintenance-related continuous improvement systems and tools within the department.
• Partner with Production Teams, Maintenance Technicians, MRO Storeroom Personnel, and other Planners to support daily operations at our site.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of maintenance planning/scheduling experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work weekends periodically for site Maintenance coverage.
