Position Overview:

The Custodial Technician plays a vital role in supporting the mission of Human Technologies, Inc. by ensuring cleanliness and order in designated areas. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cleaning duties to meet the expectations of the Project Supervisor and clients.
  • Manage outdoor areas by clearing debris and snow as instructed.
  • Complete all required training programs.
  • Keep all cleaning equipment, storage spaces, and supply closets organized and presentable.
  • Represent the organization professionally, including adhering to appropriate dress codes.
  • Report any accidents or safety concerns to the Project Supervisor without delay.
  • Foster a collaborative working relationship with the Project Supervisor and colleagues.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure personal and collective well-being.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Supervisor or their delegate.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Capacity to follow detailed instructions.
  • Able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
  • Must successfully pass any necessary background checks as required by federal, state, or client-specific regulations.
