Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assisting Vivint DTH Sales Representatives and customers with creating, disputing, and fulfilling requests associated with Vivint's DTH Buyout and Doorbell Exchange programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and research customer inquiries or disputes regarding the DTH buyout or doorbell exchange programs.
  • Assist Vivint customers and sales representatives with fulfilling, addressing, and creating/denying a buyout or doorbell exchange.
  • Document customer and sales representative interactions.
Requirements
  • Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Friendly disposition – White glove customer service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to determine the best plan of action
  • Ability to multitask while using different internal programs
  • Ability to adapt to system/process changes quickly while retaining new information
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred, but not necessarily required
Working Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
