Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to attract and retain customers
  • Assist with Frame and Lens Selection
    • Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their needs
  • Ensure Accurate Pricing and Delivery
    • Ensure accurate pricing and delivery time estimates
  • Document Patient Communication
    • Document patient communication and process orders
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Applicable licensure or certification as an optician
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
