Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling patients on medication use, and maintaining confidential patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest medication therapies, including new and emerging treatments, and provide expert guidance to patients and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, fostering a culture of trust and respect.
- PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of practice.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
