Key Responsibilities:

* Perform installations, calibrations, and maintenance activities at customer locations for our asphalt and concrete product lines.
* Learn the operation and maintenance protocols for our portfolio of manufactured products.
* Provide remote and on-site diagnostic support to customers as required.
* Work closely with our engineers in Milan, Italy to offer a complete technical support solution to our customers.
* Record all customer support activities in our service support ticketing system.
* Support our sales team on applications, service, or warranty issues.
* Log root causes for service requests to report trends back to our engineering team in Milan, Italy.
* Manage the return merchandise authorization process for assigned customers.
* Verify and assess equipment status and estimate repair activities and communicate to the customer the initial estimation of repair costs.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with electrical control systems or hydraulic or pneumatic testing systems used for construction material testing.
* College degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Technology preferred, but not necessary.
* Ability to read drawings and schematics required.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
