Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated faculty member to enhance our Internal Medicine Residency Program, focusing on the resident outpatient continuity clinic.


Qualifications:
  • Must hold Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Program, either in a faculty or leadership role.
  • Willingness to engage in both administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities, equally divided.
  • Strong administrative capabilities and team-building skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shared accountability for the operational success of the Internal Medicine residency program.
  • Delivery of the established curriculum, policies, and procedures.
  • Securing and maintaining ACGME accreditation and state approval.
  • Recruitment of residents and development of performance evaluation processes.
  • Participation in competency evaluations of residents.
  • Additional duties to uphold a program of excellence.
