AP Contractor

Jobot Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable professional to join our team. As a Part-Time AP Contractor, you will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.

• Process and verify invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
• Manage and reconcile American Express credit card transactions.
• Maintain vendor files and relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve efficiency.
• Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial software systems.
