  • Set up, calibrate, and clean machinery to commence production cycles
  • Adjust machine parameters, including speed and output
  • Feed raw materials or products into automated machinery
  • Perform quality assurance checks using precision measuring instruments
  • Regularly test machine functionality
  • Resolve any operational issues that may arise during shifts
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain documentation of acceptable and defective products
  • Keep detailed logs of operational activities
  • Adhere to standardized operating procedures and record-keeping
  • Efficiently transition machines for different production runs
  • Ensure high-quality output while minimizing waste
  • Maintain machine performance and standard operational speeds

Experience:
