Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As an EP Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in the electrophysiology lab.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the EP Tech is to provide technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization and EP team. This includes using imaging equipment to help doctors detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues, executing noninvasive procedures, and reviewing patient history and medical orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Electrophysiology Labs.
  • Use imaging equipment to help doctors detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues.
  • Execute noninvasive procedures as directed by physicians.
  • Review patient history and verify medical orders.
  • Evaluate images to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate results to physicians.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current license in good standing.
  • Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
  • Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
