Visitor Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visitor Concierge. As a key member of our Convention and Visitors Bureau, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors at our Visitor Information Center and other locations.

• Provide personalized assistance to visitors, including answering questions, providing information, and making recommendations for local attractions and activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Grapevine's accommodations, attractions, dining, and shopping opportunities, as well as special events and festivals.
• Develop and implement customized itineraries and touring ideas for visitors, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of visitor services.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, phone coverage, and other duties as assigned.

• One year of college and two years of experience in customer service and operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and to stand for extended periods of time.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver's license.
