Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a vital role in assisting doctors during invasive cardiovascular procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology.

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the cath lab equipment, assisting with patient positioning and preparation, and providing technical support during procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment, including angiography machines and fluoroscopy units
  • Assist with patient positioning and preparation for procedures
  • Provide technical support during procedures, including angioplasty and cardiac catheterization
  • Monitor and maintain patient vital signs during procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field, such as cardiovascular technology or radiologic technology
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cath lab or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
