Job Description:
Furniture Retail Specialists play a crucial role in creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for facilitating sales, checkout, and delivery processes, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Checkout and Delivery: Ensure seamless checkout and delivery processes, handling payments, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
  • Able to work independently, motivated to succeed, and reach performance objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • A flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required.
  • The ability to pass a criminal background check is mandatory.
