Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly and weekly performance reports, forecasts, annual operating plans, and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate capital expenditure projects and predict budgetary needs.
- Lead initiatives aimed at reducing plant costs while meeting budget expectations.
- Manage accounts payable, non-inventory purchasing, cycle counts, labor and production reporting, and daily departmental tasks.
- Ensure that bills of material and costing accurately reflect production processes.
- Track labor productivity, material costs, manufacturing overhead, distribution expenses, returns, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is required, ideally within a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with various ERP systems is essential.
