POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our apartment community. Your role will involve delivering exceptional service to residents, promptly addressing service requests, and conducting preventative maintenance and unit inspections as directed by the Community Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit repairs as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Director.
  • Conduct necessary property and unit inspections and ensure timely completion of any follow-up tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality and professional service to residents.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, vehicles, and maintenance areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in maintenance, construction, skilled trades, or home repair is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for a fulfilling career in property management.
  • Physical ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

WORKING HOURS:
