Job Title: Segmentation Technician

Job Summary:

The Segmentation Technician will be responsible for creating high-quality Pre-Operative Plans using proprietary software. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on producing accurate and efficient results.

Responsibilities:
  • Create cases using a proprietary case management system.
  • Review CT Scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol.
  • Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models.
  • Develop Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.
  • Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning.
  • Upload completed Pre-plans to field-based personnel.
  • Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
  • Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in biomedical software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet production targets.
