Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Fair Oaks Farms. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm welcomes to customers within ten seconds and model the Fair Oaks Farms image.
  • Assist customers with wants or needs, answer questions about Fair Oaks Farms brand and products, and cross-sell relevant items.
  • Process transactions, receive and process cash or credit payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay informed about company news and apply new knowledge to your job, analyze information, and evaluate results to choose the best solution.
  • Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs, such as lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.
Requirements
  • Talking to others to convey information effectively and actively finding ways to help each other to carry out all job duties assigned.
  • Developing a practical working environment with self-guiding and little or no supervision, and developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • The ability to multitask and complete tasks assigned in a fast-paced environment, and standing for more than 8 hours.
  • Must have flexible hours, open availability, and work weekends, and be honest, reliable, responsible, and dependable.
