Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dining Room Assistant to join our team at Druid Hills Golf Club. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless service to our members and guests.

The estimated salary for this position is $15/hour based on industry standards and local market conditions.

About the Role

This role involves delivering food orders from the kitchen to members' tables rapidly and accurately, while maintaining exceptional communication with both Front of House and Back of House staff. You will also be responsible for setting tables, serving food, and removing used dishes and utensils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Food Orders: Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food orders to members' tables, adhering to high standards of quality and service.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Front of House and Back of House teams, fostering open communication and cooperation to ensure seamless service.
  • Safety Standards: Ensure that food is served according to safety protocols, including proper temperature control.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing duties to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of service.
  • Availability: Be available to work various shifts, including weekends, to accommodate our members' needs.
