Sushi Assistant

At Exit 4 Food Hall, we're seeking a skilled Sushi Assistant to join our team in Mout Kisco, NY.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fish butchering, saku, sashimi, and nigiri fabrication, with the ability to produce high-quality sushi rolls. We'll provide advanced sushi training to the right candidate, assuming their willingness to learn and possess culinary acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily sushi bar offerings with attention to detail and quality.
• Play an integral role in the service of restaurant customers, working in full view of the dining room.
• Maintain a strong sense of organization and cleanliness, adhering to basic food safety protocols.
