Job Summary: The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a qualified After School Instructor to join our team. This role is responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children after school, promoting physical activity, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement.

As an After School Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse youth and staff, promoting positive relationships and a supportive community. You will also have the chance to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our program participants.

Duties and Responsibilities: Plan and implement program activities, supervise children during activities, maintain a safe and clean environment, and provide guidance and support to program participants.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, related college coursework or experience in childcare, education, or recreation. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
