We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Compliance Manager to join our team at JCSI. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Provide Training and Support: Deliver safety training programs to employees and provide guidance on safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and Report: Conduct regular safety audits and maintain accurate records of incidents and near-misses.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- 5+ Years of Safety Experience: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs.
- Strong Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements: In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate safety information to employees and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or Related Field: Relevant education and certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH).
