Job Summary
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Doctors Care Congaree. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, assisting with paperwork, and maintaining the front office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in processes
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and enter charges into the system
• Collect co-payments and process payments as needed
• Ensure the front office area is clean and organized
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge and computer skills required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and weekends as needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
