This is a 36-bed high-acuity unit that provides care for a wide range of surgical patients, including those with gastrointestinal, head/neck, and vascular conditions. Our team of skilled nurses works together to develop the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act
* Utilize therapeutic communication to engage patients and families in the care process
* Identify nursing problems and develop individualized care plans to address patient needs
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals
* Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance the quality of patient care

Requirements:
For this role, we are seeking a candidate with:
* Graduate degree from an accredited school of professional nursing
* Current RN licensure or eligibility
* At least one year of clinical experience preferred
* CPR certification
