Position Summary
The Facility Cleaner is responsible for the routine maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s shared and public spaces. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory levels and inform supervisors when supplies are running low.
- Perform cleaning duties in bathhouses, laundry areas, recreational spaces, and other designated locations.
- Prepare cabins and rental units for incoming guests by ensuring thorough cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, adhering to company standards.
- Track and report the status of cleaning supplies.
- Assist maintenance personnel and collaborate with other team members as directed.
- Report maintenance issues in common areas and rental units.
- Support clean-up efforts during community events and activities.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any concerns.
- Uphold a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
- Follow all standard operating procedures diligently.

Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and understanding English.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs or more using appropriate techniques.

- Skilled in using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and dusters.
- Familiarity with common cleaning agents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities and tasks efficiently.
- Availability for work during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exhibit good judgment and personal control in various situations.
