Job Title: Program Scheduler

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for scheduling and project management? We are seeking a skilled Program Scheduler to join our team at Tyonek Native Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Program Scheduler will play a critical role in supporting our dynamic operations, including prototyping, manufacturing, kitting, integration, and delivery. This individual will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring schedules, as well as implementing best scheduling practices on multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) and integrated master plans (IMP) for multiple programs.
  • Integrate all program activities, associated interdependencies, durations, and resource requirements to construct and maintain a program/project level IMS.
  • Support Business Development by providing IMS for proposals.
  • Provide reporting, critical path analysis, and program coordination.
  • Perform analysis on subcontractor IMS submissions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and track program technical, schedule, and cost status, including risk mitigation efforts.
  • Participate in IMS reviews for Leadership.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
  • Create and manage schedules to encompass all deliverables and resource requirements within the scope of project.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • EVM experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience with developing an IMS using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition milestones, decision points, and staffing processes.
  • Ability to analyze critical paths of numerous projects.
  • Proficient with Project Online/Project Web Application Experience working with Resource Loaded MS Project Schedules.

  • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds and carry for short distances.
  • Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
  • Normally works in an office setting with controlled temperature.
