We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented part-time custodian to join our team at the LAWRENCE COUNTY CAREER & TECH CENTER. As a custodial assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Maintain floors, walls, and windows in good condition
  • Repair electrical and plumbing fixtures as needed
  • Assist with lawn maintenance and snow removal
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting and bending
