**Job Overview**

We are currently offering a competitive salary for the position of Registered Nurse (RN) at Genesis Healthcare. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $89,000 and $98,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of $43.00 to $49.00.

**About the Role**

As a Registered Nurse at Genesis Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients with complex diagnoses. You will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, collaborating with the healthcare team, and developing effective plans of care.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop effective plans of care.
  • Establishing realistic, measurable patient goals and implementing interventions to minimize rehospitalizations.
  • Administering medications and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising them to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Communicating patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. Additionally, you must have CPR certification and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
