The preferred locations for this role are in the Midwest region, with consideration for candidates from multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects to meet client expectations for scope, budget, and quality
  • Develop client relationships and identify project support opportunities
  • Negotiate legal land agreements for facility construction
  • Assist with land research, valuation studies, and permit applications
  • Investigate damage claims and supervise staff and subcontractors
  • Develop proposals, budgets, and project plans
  • Manage project land budgets and financial progress reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in environmental studies or related field; or 5+ years of experience
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in impact assessments and environmental reviews
  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and develop growth strategies
  • Experience with power generation, renewable energy projects, and client relationship management
  • Technical competence, teambuilding skills, and integrity
