Multimedia Designer

Ladgov Corporation seeks a skilled Multimedia Designer to create captivating multimedia content for various platforms. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in merging graphic elements with animation, producing visually appealing media solutions.

About the Role:

• Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and other visual elements, for websites, social media posts, videos, podcasts, and outreach presentations.
• Develop media solution products that integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructure, such as AFPIMS, and align with organizational goals.
• Design and edit video and film production/studio products to support the mission of AUL at both AUL Maxwell AFB and AUL Gunter Annex.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multimedia Content Creation: Produce high-quality multimedia content that captivates audiences and effectively communicates messages.
2. Media Solution Development: Utilize expertise to develop innovative media solutions that meet organizational needs and enhance brand reputation.
3. Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics that elevate the quality of multimedia content and engage target audiences.
4. Animation: Incorporate animation techniques to make multimedia content dynamic and interactive, enhancing user experience.
5. Video and Film Production: Design, edit, and prepare video and film products that support AUL's mission and promote its values.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in multimedia design and graphic media, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in multimedia software and tools, including graphic design and animation software.
• Strong knowledge of multimedia trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively communicate ideas.
• Familiarity with American Forces Public Information Management System (AFPIMS) or similar content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Estimate: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
