Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational effectiveness, data integrity, and testing of system changes in our HR Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance and Support: Take the lead on daily system maintenance and support in RGS HR Information Systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues by determining root cause, researching solutions, and implementing solutions.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and facilitate testing of new releases and upgrades.
  • Strategic Direction: Support the implementation of the ongoing strategic direction for HRIS in the areas of reporting, metrics, and decision-supporting analytics.
  • Data Management: Manage data imports, exports, and interfaces with other systems.
  • Data Integrity: Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and update relevant user and administration documentation, and develop and deliver training to end users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Experience with Dayforce HR System, Equifax, and Hirebridge is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • HR Administration and Project Management: Solid understanding of HR administration and project management.
