Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$76,000 per year, plus up to $14,500 in bonuses. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Behavioral Therapist - Autism Intervention Specialist to work directly with our clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy services to clients, and collaborating with other members of our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • BCBA certification or eligibility
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
