Position: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute production operations to achieve quality and cost objectives.
- Lead team dynamics, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Optimize production schedules based on machinery efficiency.
- Assess workforce needs and conduct personnel evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted production processes.
- Analyze capacity and proactively make hiring recommendations.
- Drive process enhancements and implement lean manufacturing methodologies.
Essential Requirements:
- Must possess US person status.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is essential.
- Understanding of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards is required.
Qualifications and Additional Criteria:
- A Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related discipline is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing production.

Compensation Range: $108,000 - $150,000
