Caregiving Specialist

Avera Sister James Care Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $30.25 to $45.75 per hour, dependent on experience.

As an Occupational Therapist at Avera Sister James Care Center, you will provide essential patient care services, including evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

• Evaluate patients' needs, deficits, and strengths to formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Create and review documentation, adhering to reimbursement guidelines.
• Administer and perform therapeutic interventions with patients, focusing on their functional abilities and overall well-being.

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Hold a graduate degree from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by ACOTE.
• Be licensed by the State of South Dakota as an Occupational Therapist.
