Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Springs Window Fashions. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of basic shutter styles within established standards for quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-assembly responsibilities, including working with Poly-based parts.
  • Assemble and manufacture shutters, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Perform initial hand assembly of shutters, allowing for hanging, inspection, and adjustment.
  • Make necessary adjustments and re-inspect shutters.
  • Complete the assembly process, including testing and quality control.
  • Interact with quality specialists to ensure quality guidelines are met.
  • Prepare shutters for packaging and shipment.
  • Complete productivity paperwork related to shutter assembly.
  • May work with Engineering on testing of new products.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum job-related experience required: will train.
  • Ability to follow set safety procedures.
  • Team player with hand/eye coordination and ability to meet job productivity expectations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 40lbs.
