Job Title: Restaurant Cashier

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, escorting them to their tables and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor the flow of the restaurant, seating guests efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver menus, kid packs, and other essentials to guests, maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
  • Perform regular restroom checks, answer phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized lobby, bakery, and retail areas.
  • Practice safe food and beverage handling, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, handle crowds, and put guests at ease while they wait for their table or carryout order.
  • Show genuine interest in guests' dining experiences, asking for feedback and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Effectively handle guest complaints, involving managers as needed to resolve issues.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling all receivables with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Excellent guest service skills and experience.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
