Key Responsibilities- Exterior and Interior Maintenance: Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas in a clean and presentable condition, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.

- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality work and meet resident/tenant expectations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials, as well as work at heights and in confined spaces.
