Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at Great Clips. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality haircuts to clients, ensuring a consistent Great Clips brand experience.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive salon environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest hair cutting techniques and trends.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the salon.

Requirements

  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
