- Prepare and maintain operating rooms, including setting up and cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.
- Provide exceptional patient care, including pre-operative and post-operative care, and addressing patient concerns and needs.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
- Two (2) years' of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a sterile environment.
