Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience in a PCU or similar critical care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
