About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to join our team at Colby Health and Rehab. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Prepare rooms for new admissions and ensure they are ready for occupancy.
  • Enhance safety and sanitary conditions by following all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Housekeeping experience preferred but not required; a willingness to learn as needed.
  • Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors, and team members.
Work Schedule

This full-time position works 8-hour shifts and every other weekend.
