Position Overview:

The Mechanical Production Specialist is responsible for assembling components to create and evaluate final products while adhering to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble designated quantities and types of final products according to work orders.
  • Conduct testing on final products and assist in quality assurance processes.
  • Organize and prepare finished products for distribution.
  • Perform final quality checks on assembled items.
  • Collaborate with management on new product introductions.
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures and documentation are current.
  • Train new employees.
  • Support management in training on updates and new product introductions.
  • Assist in resolving quality-related issues.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to accept feedback.
  • Basic computer proficiency for operating tablets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Mathematical proficiency for calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
