As a Tax Supervisor at Yount Hyde & Barbour PC, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and work quality in the tax department. This includes demonstrating a working knowledge of technical aspects and issues related to functional and industry specialization, continuing to improve research skills and documenting findings clearly, and continually striving to improve competency with various software programs critical to job performance.
Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying technical areas of interest and discussing development of specialization with circle leaders, effectively communicating with all team members, circle leaders, and clients, and being capable of drafting documentation/correspondence on a variety of complex subject matter.
