  • Create, document, and implement procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and procurement process controls.
  • Facilitate training programs on procure-to-pay (P2P) compliance and mentor staff on best practices.
  • Address inquiries related to processes and systems, effectively closing gaps in the P2P workflow.
  • Promote governance models to ensure compliance with industry-leading procurement practices.
  • Collaborate with PSM leadership to align with business requirements.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels to present ideas and drive change management.
  • Support transformation initiatives through disciplined processes and governance.
  • Monitor compliance aspects in SOPs and policy documentation.
  • Engage in additional duties and projects to enhance the efficiency of the Center of Excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing procurement processes and systems, with a focus on financial analysis.
  • Proven track record in budget development, financial data analysis, and presenting solutions to business challenges.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Jaggaer.
  • Expertise in purchasing policies, procedures, and financial analysis within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) digital platforms.
  • Industry certifications in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Six Sigma, or PMP are advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Thorough understanding of P2P processes, SOX compliance, and financial acumen.
  • Experience in developing process SOPs, work instructions, and training documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address business challenges.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person, are essential.
